Process Management    

Increasing globalization and competition make the requirement, organizations are better than yesterday. Organizations  lose  competition chance unless have better business processes and improve current business processes for  marketing, sale,production, stock management, new product development,customer relation, packaging and delivery. Because competitors are probably trying to improve the business processes.

In process approach the organization is configured  according to the works  and processes provide to do the works .All of organization consists of  the processes. Maps of the process can create organization's big picture occurs with assembling the  process.There are more detailed sub-processes and detailed processes under each process. In this way, the processes come up to activities and tasks with this stratified structure. Determination, definition relationship between, separation to level of significance according to value-added, measurement, analysis and development of these processes form the  general scope of process management.
 
No organizations performed their strategies successfully without creating an effective process management .In addition, process management techniques without using IT facilities can not be applied effectively.
 
Processes Management provides to be predigested works and to be removed activities are not value -added and to be used sources more quickly and efficient. It is an effective tool for  improving organization's effectiveness and efficiency and achieving "lean production" targets. It allows to be reduced costs and increased income .
